My corporate career spans the telecommunications and energy sectors, including senior leadership roles at A1 Bulgaria and EVN Bulgaria.

At A1 Bulgaria, I held sales management roles focused on complex corporate projects and international partnerships, including work with Vodafone. I brought together teams across departments and countries to deliver integrated customer solutions and large-scale projects, and to coordinate bids for competitive tenders.

At EVN Bulgaria Elektrosnabdiavane, I served as Board Member and Acting Sales Director, leading the entire Customer Area, with a team of more than 100 people.

My leadership responsibilities included revenue, the product portfolio, new service development and strategic partnerships. I oversaw sales, marketing and customer service, as well as incentive mechanisms and customer processes from pre-sales to post-sales.

I initiated and led the restructuring and transformation of the Customer Area, reshaping its organisational structure, establishing new functions and responsibilities, and expanding its operations into new territories.

I know first-hand what it takes to set direction, make decisions with incomplete information and bring people together to turn strategy into action. That understanding grounds my work with clients today.
