Women @ Leadership Roles

An interactive workshop for 30 ladies in leadership roles.
I spoke about authority, trust and influence through my own management experience. Storytelling and examples from social psychology connected the subject with situations the participants recognised from their work.
We explored how we form impressions, interpret behaviour and make decisions. The conversation quickly moved from “Why does this happen?” to “What do we do with it?” through questions, different perspectives and practical approaches for the next working day.
