But... the higher you climb, the fewer people there are around you to show you what you cannot see. 😊
That is true on a mountain and in leadership.
That is why I value conversations in which I can hear what I may be missing. A different perspective, another opinion, a question I have not asked myself.
Sometimes that is what changes the view.
